Because our engine is so old, we were unable to remove the piston from the connecting rod without the proper equipment. We ordered a piston pin puller from amazon and plan to remove the piston with it so we can install our new piston. We have also bought a new spark plug to test the effiency of our electrical system. If we do get a spark with our test, we will do no further work on the electrical system. However, if there is no spark we will have to inspect the system to find the problem and replace some parts.
